DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Tess Holmes uses the Australia Post network to deliver its goods.
  • Free Express Shipping on all orders over $200. This is automatically applied at checkout.
  • Regular Shipping $7
  • Express Post $12 (on orders under $200)
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and sent.
  • Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an automated email stating your item is in transit, this email will contain your tracking number. Such alerts may end up in your junk mail folder so please check this.

All pricing in AUD

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Purchases made on the weekend will be dispatched within 24 hours from the 1st working day.
  • Purchases made on public holidays will be dispatched within 24 hours from the 1st working day.
  • Please note that the Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods as well as all other public holidays may cause delays in deliveries. Please check your local delivery schedule for these time periods. Unfortunately, these delays are out of Tess Holmes' control.
  • Please note your purchase may not be delivered within the given time period due to reasons beyond Tess Holmes and Australia Post's control. Reasons such as- weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, system failures etc.
  • Safe Drop. In your automated email from Australia Post you may select the Safe Drop option; click here for more information on Safe Drop. Tess Holmes is not responsible for any goods lost, stolen, or damaged if you select the Safe Drop option.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect address at check out. If you notice you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@tessholmes.com. If we have not yet sent your item, we can amend the address however if your item has already been processed we are not responsible for any form of delay in delivery or if the item does not arrive due to an incorrect address. Please contact Australia Post for further assistance.
